Enquiry & 24-hour quote
Send a tech pack, sketch, reference garment or even a link. We confirm feasibility, propose fabric options and return a landed price (EXW, FOB or DDP) with a production timeline.

Order confirmation & deposit
You approve the quote; we issue the proforma invoice. A 30–50% deposit books your fabric and production slot. Your order timeline goes live the same day.

Tech pack & lab dips
Our product developers finalize the spec — measurements, grading, trims, labels — and dye lab dips for each colorway. You approve colors against your standards before any fabric is knitted.

Sample development
Fit samples are cut, sewn and couriered to you in 10–15 days. Comment, request changes, and approve — most styles close in one or two rounds. Sampling fees are credited back on bulk.

Fabric booking & testing
Bulk fabric is knitted, dyed and tested — GSM, shrinkage, colorfastness, and OEKO-TEX/GOTS documentation where specified. Test reports upload to your order record.

Pre-production sample & cut approval
A PP sample from actual bulk fabric confirms everything before cutting. On your sign-off, the line is loaded and cutting begins.

Bulk production with inline QC
Sewing, decoration and finishing — with progress percentages updated on your timeline and inline QC checks photographed as your run advances. Issues get flagged and fixed in the line, not discovered at the port.

Final inspection (AQL 2.5)
A final random inspection to AQL 2.5 covers measurements, workmanship, packing and labeling. The full report — with photos — is shared for your ship approval. Third-party inspection (SGS/Intertek/QIMA) can be arranged on request.

Shipping & documents
Balance payment, then dispatch by sea or air under your chosen incoterm. B/L or AWB, invoice, packing list and certificate of origin all post to your order record; DDP clients simply receive stock at their door or 3PL.

Delivered — with your transparency report
Your order closes with a complete, shareable record: producing factory and its audit certificates, fabric origin and composition, test reports, and inspection results. It's your due-diligence file and your marketing asset, generated as a by-product of how we work.

Regulation is moving one way: EU due-diligence rules, digital product passports, and US forced-labor enforcement all demand documented supply chains — even from small brands. Most manufacturers treat that as your problem. We treat it as part of the product.
Because every stage of your order already logs its documents, the compliance file assembles itself. At delivery you receive the transparency report; on request we add a per-product QR code linking to it — so your customers can scan a hangtag and see exactly where their garment was made.
