What's the real minimum order?
300 pieces per style for knit essentials and fleece (mixable across sizes and up to 3 colorways), 500 for sweaters. We hit these numbers by consolidating several clients into shared production and fabric bookings — that's our operational specialty.
I don't have a tech pack. Can you still quote?
Yes. Send sketches, reference photos, a competitor garment or a moodboard. Our product development team builds the tech pack, grades sizes and sources trims — it's included in the sampling fee, which is credited back on your bulk order.
How do payments work?
30–50% deposit to book fabric and production, balance before shipment. We accept bank transfer (TT); LC for larger programs. Deposits are standard policy for every client — it's part of how we keep small-batch pricing honest.
How long from order to delivery?
Samples in 10–15 days. Bulk production typically 30–45 days after sample approval, plus transit (sea: ~25–35 days to EU/US ports; air available). Your tracked timeline shows the live dates for your specific order.
Can I visit the factories?
Yes, and we encourage it. We host client visits in Dhaka and can arrange video walk-throughs of your production line if you can't travel.
